A field service management platform designed to support technicians, maintenance operations, reporting workflows and customer management.
Project Overview
TFService is a web platform developed to simplify the daily operations of field technicians and maintenance teams. The platform centralizes customers, service events, reports, workflows and operational processes into a single system accessible from desktop and mobile devices.
The project focused on improving operational efficiency, reducing manual coordination and providing a scalable architecture capable of evolving with the business.
The Challenge
Field service operations often involve fragmented workflows, disconnected tools and manual coordination between technicians, office staff and customers.
The goal was to design a centralized platform capable of handling scheduling, reporting, maintenance tracking, operational visibility and technician workflows while remaining simple enough for day-to-day operational use.
Solution & Architecture
The platform was developed using a modern fullstack architecture based on Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma ORM and MySQL.

The architecture was designed to support long-term scalability and future integrations, including geolocation systems, reporting automation and workflow extensions.
